Most walls have a pretty thick plaster coat however please allow for chipping out the chases and clearing up.

Looking for a handyman today/tomorrow (ideally with ladder) to put wire mesh/wire wool under the eaves and under the edge of a roof to stop birds and mice getting in where the roof meets the building. It’s pretty straightforward stuff really - just needs someone who can really ensure that all the spaces get filled and sealed absolutely correctly, maybe a bit of light carpentry work involved.
