This job involves wall chasing for electrical cables, conduits and back boxes. Overall there are 16 chases for cables, 8 back boxes and 2 x 20mm conduit runs (1.5m each run).

Most walls have a pretty thick plaster coat however please allow for chipping out the chases and clearing up.

Jobs to be completed next week (ideally Tuesday 26th March):

1. The main waste pipe at the rear of thew buiding has a small leak at the base where the concrete collar has broken. The pipe therefore needs resealing to ensure the leak is fixed and no waste water can escape.

2. Small pitched roof to rear extension - two tiles (50cm approx) are misaligned and are sitting proud of their ideal location. Therefore the tiles need realigned to stop water ingress.

3. Guttering (2m approx) to rear elevation of small extension - angle needs to be improved to allow free flowing of water. Currently water does not flow freely due to low incline angle of gutter causing it to overflow in heavy rain.

I am looking for help refitting 2 curtain poles - their fittings are loose in the brickwork and require refitting and making good so that they remain strong and able to hold heavy curtains in the old brickwork within which they are fixed.
