We need a handyman to fix our door handle, it's manufactured by Schueco.
We also need some plumbing done in the bathroom as one of the pipes is leaking.

Pipe that needs fixing is a cold water pipe and it trips very slowly but continuously.
I've also added photos of the handle, it just needs to be re-fixed as the screw inside has become loose.
