On gable? end so I think can reach with a ladder, one tile out of place and small piece of render/stone on the floor. This happened about 10 years ago and was fixed and now it's happened again.

Actually when I looked in daylight it seems the tiles are hopefully ok and it is the render/concrete stuff under the tiles that is poking out of line and cracked, obviously this will still need fixing.

After rain, the guttering at the front of our house beings to drip. This appears to be in only one place and could be the result of trapped leaves so clearing the guttering may fix the problem. It would also be useful if the guttering at the back of the house could be checked.

We live in a Victorian terrace so long ladders required, which unfortunately we don't have.
