On gable? end so I think can reach with a ladder, one tile out of place and small piece of render/stone on the floor. This happened about 10 years ago and was fixed and now it's happened again.

Actually when I looked in daylight it seems the tiles are hopefully ok and it is the render/concrete stuff under the tiles that is poking out of line and cracked, obviously this will still need fixing.

Haven't purchased new doors yet but expect to buy fairly basic internal panel doors. Think at least 2 of the doors are smaller than standard width so some adjustment may be required. Hi There,
I’m looking for support to do a whole range of little jobs that I need help with, simply as we don’t have the time to complete these ourselves. We’re looking to put our flat on the market fairly soon, so would be good to get these things finished before that:-

-Painting: a) two separate areas in living room b) two separate areas in hallway b) one whole wall in bedroom (some areas are just to patch up and one to cover a whole wall)
-Outside wooden door under the stairs has come off its joints, this needs re-fixing
-Outside there is a part of the wall that has been covered in wooden slates (to cover a previous door way) some of these wooden slates need re-fixing
-Internal door handle has come off as the door is hollow – this needs re-attaching with a new solution
-Internal curtain pole has come off and needs re-attaching
-Silicone seal around shower which I completed 6 months ago doesn’t look too professional and needs re-placing

As I said, not really big jobs but probably amount to a day’s worth of work that we currently don’t have the time for, so hopefully this is something you can help with?

Fix flatscreen TV to wall above fireplace, I have wall bracket and fixings although you may recommend better fixings on viewing. I believe this wall to be standard brick / stone. No requirement to embed cables.

Additionally fix 3 guitar hangers to wall; I believe this requires special fixings as the wall in question has a cavity behind what I assume is plasterboard.
