1 - the garden needs some general leveling off

2 - then flags have to be laid over 5 m by 4.5 m. These need to be load supporting and level as they will form base for a 3m by 4m shed

3 - once flags have been laid the remainder of 10.7 m by 9.3 m garden can be finished up with decent quality turf

4 - a new image has been added to show what needs to be turfed over. This can be a fine leaved grass rather than a rye grass based mix.
