External Steps (13) to three storey property are 12 years old and the concrete has begun to shows signs of deterioration after bad weather. Its flaking and coming away if you touch sides of steps or riser.Builder friend suggests it needs apoxy coating applying after being shot blasted.

Looks like this job will need to be replacement of 9-10 steps which are stone not concrete. The supporting ironwork rails will need removal and return as well as installing new steps.
