Hi there
I need someone to lay a concrete base for a shed, the shed is 20x12ft, nothing heavy just need a level base for it. Quick response needed. unfortunately i cannot do it as too much on at the moment.

Dig trench immediately next to house, as narrow as possible (1ft max wide) 12-18" deep. Edges to be tidied with concrete edging. Trench to be approx 8m long along one side of house, and 2-3 metres long along another part of house.
This work is to reduce the higher outside ground level against walls which is causing a damp issue on the lower internal walls. (We make good tea and have nice biscuits)

Access to the site is suitable for a small to medium size digger.Free parking is also available for your vehicle.
You must work through the day and drive the digger.Seven hours will be sufficient
I need the garden levelled as it is currently on small sloping ground.This will involve moving the soil from the top of the garden to the bottom
All turf has been removed and alot of tree roots have also been taken out.
There will be some still to be removed.I can assist you here also
Some soil will need also to be lifted to other parts of the garden
I will also ask you to dig a small hole alongside our utility room to check the foundation level.This is for building control for a possible extension
Your price should include fuel used.labour,insurance and any other charges
