Laying large paving sandstone slabs on the ground in the rear courtyard of the house. Access through the back garden. Please can i have 2 quotes- one including materials and labour and the other only labour. No excavation required,however this depands on the methodology of the builder on laying these slabs.

Access to the site is suitable for a small to medium size digger.Free parking is also available for your vehicle.
You must work through the day and drive the digger.Seven hours will be sufficient
I need the garden levelled as it is currently on small sloping ground.This will involve moving the soil from the top of the garden to the bottom
All turf has been removed and alot of tree roots have also been taken out.
There will be some still to be removed.I can assist you here also
Some soil will need also to be lifted to other parts of the garden
I will also ask you to dig a small hole alongside our utility room to check the foundation level.This is for building control for a possible extension
Your price should include fuel used.labour,insurance and any other charges
