We reside in a tenement building with a large back garden. There is an old pole used as a drying pole which appears to have been disturbed during the storms last weekend. We need someone to come and assess whether the pole is now dangerous (as it appears to have moved) and if so quote for cutting it down. The pole is quite tall and resembles an old telephone pole.
