Job Description

I have a small outbuilding at the rear of my property, I want to remove the existing quarry tile floor finish, dig out asphalt underlay and replace with a concrete slab. Access is only through the front door - hallway - to rear garden. Excavation depth is minimum slab depth required to suit dead and live loads of a typical room. Not sure about building control notification, perhaps you could help? Quote to include labour plant and materials.

15 feet X 10 feet concrete base required to be 4inches thick with 6inch toe edge .The ground preparation to be undertaken as required with the necessary hard core and reinforcement installed .The site to be left tidy with all spoil removed .Many thanks
