Not sure which job type best describes this job but I'll try for groundwork and foundations first, need a builder basically.
We own a property in Newcastle and we have a leak around the back door frame. We think its a build up of water outside that has steadily over time penetrated the concrete under the door. Could be down to issue with decking being so close to door with no drainage.
Needs fixing either via removing some decking to get to leak, need advice on that.
