Require a trench of total 15 metres for replacement of water supply pipes. About 800mm depth and 200mm width. Can be dug by hand or mini-excavator.

Location is front garden of two terraced houses in South-West London. Trench needs to expose point-of-entry of existing water supplies at the two houses, and run to street boundary at the water supply valve.

One garden has low brick wall, other has wooden picket fencing. Not many awkward shrubs or trees, some garden damage is acceptable. Easy parking on this street.

Laying of pipes and backfill is not to be included in this job.

The hole needs to go though approximately 4 ft of raised garden/ flower bed and grass and then down to reveal the depth of the foundation of a wall. A structural engineer will then visit the site and measure the depth of the foundation

Lower an area of paved back garden by approx two brick courses to remedy breached damp course (caused as a result of work several years ago to increase height of garden) and, subject to advice, undertake similar exercise in front garden. Potentially also insert thin damp proof course vertically in brick dividing wall abutting rear of property and neighbouring terraced property. Potentially also re-point affected brickwork, where necessary, and advise on other remedial repairs.

I have a concrete base that I would like to put a shed on. The current base is 6ft by 9ft and I need it to be 6ft by 10ft. I estimate the depth to be about 15 cms.
I would need the extention suitably joined/linked to the existing base to ensure it doesn't move appart.

Have now located sewer pipe which will need new connections. It is c. 4-5 feet down so will probably require a new brick built manhole? Other groundwork required but separate projects, and less pressing timescales as this job.
