I would like to have a new manhole installed inside my property to take waste from a WC, shower and washing machine.

I require an inspection hole to be dug next to a party wall prior to a party wall certificate being issued.

The hole needs to go though approximately 4 ft of raised garden/ flower bed and grass and then down to reveal the depth of the foundation of a wall. A structural engineer will then visit the site and measure the depth of the foundation

Concrete base (~1m x 2m) required for metal bike box (Asgard BL3). The existing ground is uneven concrete on an incline along the length of the base. If possible, the new base would be poured on top of the existing concrete. Top of the base to be level. Depth of base around 50mm at shallow end and 150mm at deep end. The metal box will be bolted to the base. Direct access to street. I own the property.

Long story but we have a land drain which runs under our house, through to next door's garden where it exits into their manhole and from there into the sewer in the street. It has become blocked again, under next door's garden, and has backed up into our manhole and overflowed into foundations. This is now the third time this has happened. We want to put in a new manhole on our property where the land drain enters it, block the pipe which runs into the existing manhole completely and divert the water into our drain which runs alongside the house and into the street. This will then cut out the water's journey under our house, through next door and into the street.
