I would like to have a new manhole installed inside my property to take waste from a WC, shower and washing machine.

Long story but we have a land drain which runs under our house, through to next door's garden where it exits into their manhole and from there into the sewer in the street. It has become blocked again, under next door's garden, and has backed up into our manhole and overflowed into foundations. This is now the third time this has happened.
