Cover front garden borders with protective membrane and put down coloured stone chippings. Tidy up ballast already there and make a display border with existing granite sets already there making the front garden maintainance free.
Re-lay a rear patio with either new slabs or clean up existing sabs with pressure washer. Would prefer new slabs and make rear garden maintainance free as much as possible please.

I have a 15 squre meter area of patio that needs turning back into a lawn. The slabs are already gone, but the footings and some foundations remains. At the side of my property I have a small area 8' x 3' laid with small patio setts which I stand my wheelie bins on.
My neighbour is having work done in her garden and this has caused my adjacent patio area to subside.
To rectify it a small breeze block retaining wall is needed and the patio setts relaid.

Approx. 100 sq. metres (10m x 10m) of driveway to have levels slightly adjusted to take plastic grass grid (snaps together) and help laying. N.B. Much of this preparation already done.

All the rain has washed away the cement surround to our external drain and has eaten into the ground around it. We are concerned that it might undercut the drains/foundations and need someone to look into it and let us know what needs doing.
Rear access is via a back alley (we are at the very end) though getting anything much larger than a wheeliebin through the garden would be difficult.

APART FORM THE BORDERS, ALL OF OUR BACK GARDEN HAD PAVING SLABS LAID AROUND 15-20 YEARS AGO. THEY NEED RELAYING, AS THEY HAVE LOST ALL THE 'GROUTING', AND MANY ARE UNEVEN. WE ALSO NEED A SOAKAWAY INSTALLED AT REAR OF GARDEN, AS PART OF THE SLABBED AREA.
