I currently have a dining room floor (4.3m x 3m) laid with flags that I will take up. Beneath this there is earth.
1) I would like a concrete sub-floor laying, I will then screed over the top.
2) I have a window (1.1m wide with a lintel at 2.6m) that I would like opening into a doorway and a door installing (opening onto the new floor above).
3) I would like the old door (opening into a different room) bricking up and plastering.
4) Outside there is a concrete yard (approx 2m x 4.5m) which the old and new door would both open onto. I would like a drainage channel digging along the two sides that ajoin the house.
