Concrete base (~1m x 2m) required for metal bike box (Asgard BL3). The existing ground is uneven concrete on an incline along the length of the base. If possible, the new base would be poured on top of the existing concrete. Top of the base to be level. Depth of base around 50mm at shallow end and 150mm at deep end. Long story but we have a land drain which runs under our house, through to next door's garden where it exits into their manhole and from there into the sewer in the street. It has become blocked again, under next door's garden, and has backed up into our manhole and overflowed into foundations. This is now the third time this has happened. We want to put in a new manhole on our property where the land drain enters it, block the pipe which runs into the existing manhole completely and divert the water into our drain which runs alongside the house and into the street.
