Dig out rockery. Permission can be obtained to remove rear fence to allow digger acces via car park. Erect retaining wall approx 4m long and 2m high. Lay concrete slab approx 3.8m by 2.5m (tbc). This is a base for a summer house.

Additionally there is a very small area to be raised and layed with paving slabs reclaimed from current patio and a door put into garage allowing access from back garden.

Work preferred to be done ASAP.

This is preparation before double storey house extension is started. We will be looking for a builder for this large project so it could be relatonship building. Plans are currently with building control, planning permission has been granted.

Approx 1m side access to be created allowing access to the rear fence for maintenance on right hand side.

Summer house is confirmed now at 3.5m x 2.5m so this is size of concrete slab.
