I have a concrete base that I would like to put a shed on. The current base is 6ft by 9ft and I need it to be 6ft by 10ft. I estimate the depth to be about 15 cms.
I would need the extention suitably joined/linked to the existing base to ensure it doesn't move appart.

Foundation and slab to support new timber frame overhang / external stairway on existing garage ( 3 x oak posts ) - drawing available, Only foundation groundworks needed - timber frame company doing rest. So in a nut shell:

3 x C35 Grade Concrete pads 600w x 600w x Depth to be approved by building inspector - but expected to be 1 metre

7125 x 1310 x 150mm C35 grade concrete slab / over-site with A393 mesh

There needs to be an expansion joint between the new over-site and existing foundation

All waste to be removed off site

It was dug out before we bought the house as planning permission has been approved.
It has been open the elements since then and some soil has fallen in.
So the job would be to dig out the remainder of the soil.
Shutter the sides fill in the gaps with the soil

I have an existing concrete base which is not large enough for the building I want to put on it. The surface is solid but is uneven. The size of the building is 10ftx16ft and the existing concrete area is approximately 8ft wide and is already long enough. I require a levelled area large enough to take the whole building allowing for space to walk around it for maintenance purposes. This means an extension to the existing base of approximately 10ftx12ft plus levelling of the whole area. I'd prefer not to remove the existing concrete base if possible.

Sub-contractor needed: I need a very experienced mini digger driver to help dig out very soft footings on a extension 10 m x 3m .one side has been nearly dug out ,but had to be shored to stabilise the ground.The depth is approx 1.8mbut can be stepped.
Required dig is on the boundary line (you cannot center the tracks it has to be done on the slew)
There is also the blockwork for the slab and then up to plate.

I have a problem of water tide marks on internal walls that go up and down with rain water. My solid concrete floor is also wet, and a long way from any pipes.

I suspect this is a drainage rather than a rising damp problem and need someone to fix the issue before I redecorate.

I have a concrete slab that is too small for the new shed (was 9x9ft ) needs to be approx 14x10ft. Best solution is probably to increase size of the slab, then pave over it. But thats up for discussion. Estimate about 1 -2 days work.
