I've just bought a repossessed property, the previous tenants ripped out the boiler, radiators and probably most of the pipe work, the gas pipe looks to have been ripped out, so this will have to be rerouted to the boiler area also about 8m, the house is in a mess, so I need someone to put a new boiler in, about 7 radiators, finish work and then check and issue a landlords gas safety certificate, the work needs to start on either this sat, or mon the 4th of march. Just the work needs to be done ill sort all the cosmetics and tidying, it's on a very tight time scale due to mortgage

Gas Combi boiler needs replacing. Current boiler has been reviewed by two plumbers already and both recommend replacement as cost would be more to fix.Current boiler only works central heating wise no hot water from taps.

The installed hob is plumbed in with copper pipework. The hob needs disconnecting, the pipework needs shortening and the removed section replacing with flexible pipe.
The hob needs to remain disconnected while I do various other work with the kitchen work-surfaces etc, which will take a few days. At a later date a new hob will need connecting.
There are also two gas-fires that need safety testing.
