Need a landlords gas safety check to be carried out. Gas appliances include - gas fire, boiler and gas hob.

The gas fire used to work fine, when lighting it hold the knob in for about 30 seconds then it stayed lit. Then it started getting more difficult to light having to hold the knob in for longer to make it stay lit and now it won't stay lit at all. You light the fire, hold the knob in for 10 minutes, release it and it just goes out. Need this repairing also.
