I am buying a Stoves Richmond Mini 550DF cooker from Currys and wondered if someone can install for less than the £95 they quote. It needs to replace my existing Gas cooker. Looks like an electric connection is in place as well for the 32A connection, but that needs hardwiring in too (I guess that's easy and I could do myself if necesssary). It's the gas connection and safety certificate that I think is the legal requirement I need help with, but appreciate if you could do it all. Would be good to get done by mid May if possible.

rerun under kitchen plinths, picking up the boiler and cooker, then running through the lounge below the radiator pipes, through the cupboard under the stairs (will need to notch out the bottom of the cupboard door frame), then to the end of the cupboard, across the cupboard, through the wall back into the lounge, along the wall and through into the outside storage cupboard, out of the cupboard, under the front door round and up into the meter cupboard.

Our current boiler - PulsaCoil, Open Vented, 170L needs replacing. We would ideally like to get it replaced with a Steel cylinder, as we've heard from a few others that these are generally more reliable - however not knowing enough about these things myself, I have my doubts about being able to pick the right one.

However would be really grateful for someone to be able to be able to confirm a suitable replacement cylinder, and quote for its removal as well as a new one installed.

We've installed a new kitchen and changed from a free standing gas cooker to a new Bosch gas hob and built in electric oven. The gas outlet protrudes out, which means the electric oven can't slot back far enough. I would like a quote for the outlet to be changed/reduced in size so that the oven can slot back, and for the oven and hob to be installed.
I am a landlord and the property is currently unoccupied.
