Need an estimate for removal of a gas fireplace which is vented to the outside.
1) Isolate the input gas pipe from outside, cap off and make safe as required.
2) Remove Gas fireplace
3) Remove back vent
4) Isolate all electrics back to the junction box.
Will also require removal of fireplace mantle and surround but not the hearth. All items to be dismantled safely for re-use.
Trademan must be corgi/hetas registered. The job is for dismantling for removal only.
