I would like to replace our existing electric hob with a gas hob.

There is an existing and fairly modern 22mm gas pipe which runs under the kitchen floor almost directly under the hob. This pipe is accessible via the under floor void (which is about 3' deep) and fairly clean/dry.

I will supply the replacement gas hob (new) and dispose of the old hob.

There is an electric oven directly below the hob and an extractor fan above.

I have a 22mm gas supply pipe for a boiler that needs re routing. I think the new pipe work will need about 5 corners to work its way from where it needs cutting to where it needs connecting back in.

The old pipe work is only a couple of years old.

The total length of new pipe will be about 5 metres.

The pipe presently goes from one loft, through a wall and into another loft and then down.
I think the pipe work now needs to: carry on across the first loft, down into the main hall, into a second loft, through a wall (hole ready and waiting) and then connect back into the original pipe work.

The building is an active Scout Hut and is built from a mixture of brick and timber.

All holes will be ready for new pipe work.
