Apparently this is what needs Doing in my property that is currently being rented out flue pipe needs taking off to clear the foam off it, refitting and cementing in properly.  pressure relief valve needs tubing to outside. condensate pipe is fitted incorrectly and needs plumbing to a drain. gas test needs carrying out on the boiler and property. gas pipe size needs checking to the boiler. To issue a certificate I have had a quote but need the work doing ASAP
