I have what looks like a Vaillant TurboMax which isn't producing hot water consistently any more. When I turn the hot tap on full, the boiler doesn't seem to register the demand, but if I slow the flow down, it fires after around a minute (though the water temperature in the boiler has dropped by then) and the water comes luke warm, and hotter the lower the flow-rate. If I turn the hot tap to full flow again, the boiler soon shuts down.

I'm looking for someone to diagnose and fix the fault.
