Firstly, I need to have the gas inlet to the cooker capped off temporarily in order to remove the cooker. Then, I'll be installing the hob into the work surface. Then finally, I'll need the hob connecting to the same gas inlet that was capped off.

Leek detected in pipework under floor or in wall. Pipework needs to be re-run and boiler and cooker re-connected and boiler tested:

rerun under kitchen plinths, picking up the boiler and cooker, then running through the lounge below the radiator pipes, through the cupboard under the stairs (will need to notch out the bottom of the cupboard door frame), then to the end of the cupboard, across the cupboard, through the wall back into the lounge, along the wall and through into the outside storage cupboard, out of the cupboard, under the front door round and up into the meter cupboard.

Every few hours my boiler shuts down and the red "flameout/overheat" light comes on.
Boiler also has not been serviced in many years.

Boiler is a ravenheat and the model may be a csi 85 though im not 100% sure about the model

I have a standard 4 hob Gas Cooker / Oven in residential use.
Make/Model: Cannon Stratford (indesit).
It passed a gas safety inspection (as part of a CP12) back in July 2012.

However, we have become very suspicious of late given a number of factors:

1. Mild to moderate headaches, nausea, etc... which only appear to be brought on by spending significant time cooking in the kitchen - although this is not always consistent.

2. When any given gas hob is on, seemingly at random (can be immediate or after 20/30 mins) it will start to emit a very strange and loud wooshing noise which will last for a random period of time (short or long), although there is no noticeable change to the appearance of the flame.

3. There is excessive condensation in the kitchen - although we have an existing damp problem - so this doesn't necessarily help clarify matters but is a factor in our overall concerns.

I need a definitive and professional written assessment of any leaks over time (no matter how small) or any other gas related issues (installation, stability, fittings, standards compliance, etc...) posed by this cooker, not simply a repeat of a CP12.

I would expect use of professional equipment (e.g, Anton Telegan Sprint V2 Kit) to aid although I am no expert in this field and will be guided by the engineer.

im actually the tenant and my boiler needs its annual service for gas safety, my landlord lives in poland and has asked me to arrange it! only gas safe registered engineer please to do all the useal checks for the certificate! only heating and water is used as have electric hob and oven! its a combi boiler
