The wooden platform in front of the shed is falling to bits and needs attention. Needs replacement window...perspex please as glass keeps breaking. Actually all the glass windows need reseating. The works comprise of a single garage within a block of garages (garage attached either side). Removal and disposal of roof felt and timber decking. Joists appear to be ok. Supply and fix new timber decking and garage roof felt ensuring the side are integrated into the exisiting garages either side. The garages either side of ours are in poor condition and a check to see if water is able to pass through from the side garages as well in case further waterproofing may be required.

What will be the saving if we disposed of the roof that is stripped ourselves.
