Old single garage needs demolishing and there is asbestos in the roof, the new garage is to be built on the same site but part of the existing garden needs excavating as the new garage is to be almost a double garage in size so is longer and wider than the existing one. Plans have been approved by Warwick Council. Work to start as soon as possibile but we need to serve party wall notice to the neighbours first and hope they don't object. The gardens are on a slope and part of the excavation needed is against their garden where their garage is.

I have a brick built, rendered detached garage. In one section rain has got between the render and the brickwork. The render has a large section that has separated from the brickwork and an area behind approx 3-4 foot wide has loose brickwork which requires repair and repointing. As well as this the guttering needs repairing and the garage needs general weatherproofing. I appreciate this is quite vague and an inspection would probably be needed to give a realistic estimate.
