Build Summerhouse to accommodate jacuzzi. Concrete slab already laid, and French doors purchased and on site. Need suitable walls and roof to be built and insulated, and French doors to be fitted. Floor to be tiled (tiles already purchased) and internal walls to be UPVC cladded. Electric supply with Rotary cut off already in situ, just need feeds taking to summerhouse. Jacuzzi will be installed by supplier. Guttering requirements to be discussed.

I have had a survey done on a house I am buying and the report says that the garage roof has a roof containing asbestos. It is a single garage and it has a significant hole in it so we would want it replacing. Please could you give me an idea of the price so that we know roughly what is involved if we buy the house. Visiting the property is not an option at this stage as we have not yet completed the sale as we are concerned about this cost.

The garage is seperate and not connetced to the house.
It would require cutting a hole in the brick and fitting the door.
