A wall light exists on the balcony which should protrude into the shed through a small hole which should be cut-out and adequately sealed from leaks.

I have a 23-year old Cardale garage door. It is steel, 7 foot by 7 foot, of the standard canopy up-and-over style. The left-hand side steel cable became badly trapped, and I had to cut it to secure the garage. This now needs replacement. It had in any event been damaged in a windstorm some time ago.

The rest of the door and mechanism appears serviceable to me (I recently fitted a new central lock). Hence I am reluctant to install a whole new door and mechanism (despite its age), but would appreciate advice on this.
