I have a upvc door leading from my kitchen to my garage. I would like this replacing with a white wooden, fire proof door.

I require a detached brick built garage, approx dimmensions as follows:

Length = 5.4m
Width = 3m
Height to Ridge = 3.5m
Height to Eaves = 2.5m

As previously stated the walls would need to be brick / Masonary built (Cavity) with a tiled roof. I believe the cheapest option would be for this to sit on a concrete base.

In addition I also would like an electic door, and a single UPVC door for side access, electric would also need to be provided (running from house). (please note you can quote with or without these additions - although with is preferrable)
