I need to create a flat 2x2 metre piece of ground on which to site my shed. The area I want to pitch it on needs to be created from a shallow bank of soil in my garden.

The job is to level this 2x2m piece of ground off to the lowest point, remove the soil, and lay paving slabs and aqeuate supporting undermaterial. Peg back any loose earth at the sides of the shed.

Erecting of the shed can also be quoted for but is not compulsory.

Garage Door has come out of alignment. Seems that, on one side, the wire supporting the door has skipped a loop, so metal door does not come down horizontally (both sides in parallel).

Cause: when lowering the door two days ago, it hit an object (broom) in its way, which caused it to jump. I can get the door back into its track, but it will not stay there now. Although I can ultimately get the door down fully, it is not really secure.

Trench at the back of the garage has filled in with soil and debris (approx 600mm from the ground), breaching the damp course. Also trees have grown very close in two places. The trees have been cut down, but the roots need to be grubbed out and a trench need to be
dug and the walls need to be painted with two coats of water-proof/syphaproof bitumen. The garages back onto school grounds,
therefore work need to take place during non-term breaks. One week
commencing 15th February and the next slot is two weeks from 2 - 16
April. The area needing work is approx 7 garages in length. Pictures
attached. Site visit can be arranged.

I have two Hormann garage doors with up and over mechanisms. One door is a bit bent and the other door is fine. Both of the mechanisms are old and have various parts missing, so I would like these repaired and also the locks replaced with higher security ones. I think there are enough bits to build one "good" mechanism out of it, but will need some replacement parts for the other

I want to avoid replacing the doors.
