remove old shed, lay new base for log cabin

  • Location: Reading
  • Hired: Premier Building & Roofing
  • Trade: Garages & Sheds
Job Description

Hi, I am looking for someone to take down an old 6 x 8 foot garden shed and remove/dispose it (it is supported by bearers not on a prepared base). Then prepare ground and lay a solid level base (concrete slab or possibly paving slabs) for new 12 x 8 foot log cabin (28mm logs). Access to the back garden is via a side gate with width about 0.7m.
New Log cabin not yet ordered but I’m considering getting the company to erect it. Please quote for erecting cabin if interested in doing this once it arrives.

Job Description

I want my old shed knocking down and in its place a brick workshop/shed to be built. The current shed is approx 10 x16 with a concrete base, there used to be 2 sheds so next to this there is another concrete base. Ideally I would like the new building to be 10 x 20. I would like 2 windows and an apex roof. There is already electricity out to the shed and I would like this connecting up again in the new building

Mouldy shed destroying everything

  • Location: Reading
  • Hired: Premier Building & Roofing
  • Trade: Garages & Sheds
Job Description

Hi
I have a shed which is pretty pointless, everything in it is moulding and getting wet. I guess really it needs knocking down and building another whether from flat pack or more properly but I am not in a position to do this myself. At the very least it could be refelted on top but frankly I think we are past this now. Could you let me know either options or if easier whether you could come and look and suggest what to do.
Thanks
Beth
