The shed itself is structurally fine. It is accessible from both sides and the front, and have neighbour's permission to enter her garden for the back of the shed if needed. You will need a ladder.

I need somebody to build me a level base of 6" deep hardcore with 30cm X 30cm Slabs (provided) to go on top, to accommadate a shed of 16"X10" in the back of my garden. The base will be 18"X14" it will be built on an uneven ground, so will need to be levelled. Hardcore will have to be included in the quote and any other materials. I will supply the concrete slabs of 30cm x 30cm so please do not include the cost of this. All soil will be disposed of in the garden. Shed has been ordered will arrive in 3 weeks. existing shed appears to be tin? and is leaking, looking to replace, ideally in brick / breeze blocks. existing garage is 6m by 2.4m and is on a concrete base, but i think this may need re levelling.

Also will go for a flat roof. If you quote for breeze blocks, please also state how much extra for 3 sides to be externally plastered.
