A standard sized garden shed - possibly 6x8, sorry I don't have the precise size - has a pitched roof and on both sides the felt is badly torn. The underneath is chipboard which is becoming quite warped by damp - so ultimately it may need a new roof.

The shed itself is structurally fine. It is accessible from both sides and the front, and have neighbour's permission to enter her garden for the back of the shed if needed. You will need a ladder.

Need a new roof on my pre fabricated concrete garage. It has a corrugated flat roof with metal cross joists and the panels are supposed to be asbestos free. Not sure of exact size, but it is fairly small ( 1 Series BMW convertible only just fits!) but is the end of a block so new roof must join and seal to next garage.
