This is really a 2 part job and will have to be co-ordinated with some insurance contractors who are refitting the kitchen cupboards and decorating the walls The kitchen is ~15 ft x 8ft and the cupboards are being replaced. I want to get the floor levelled and prepared while the cupboards are out. The floor is slightly uneven and appears to be a bit damp at one end. I am unsure when we will get the tiles as they will be come directly through Amtico's employee scheme.

kitchen floor needs laminate floor laying approx 11 square metres. units running up 1 side and along back wall so area actually smaller. would like the kick boards taking off and put back on top of laminate , so they need cutting to size after i imagine and 2 doors need planing down because of thickness of laminate. just labour cost.
