kitchen floor needs laminate floor laying approx 11 square metres. units running up 1 side and along back wall so area actually smaller. would like the kick boards taking off and put back on top of laminate , so they need cutting to size after i imagine and 2 doors need planing down because of thickness of laminate. just labour cost.

I have purchased 20 packs of solid oak flooring and need this to be fitted. I have lifted the old carpet and it is the original wooden flooring underneath it is pretty good quality so im guessing it can be applied onto this. There is a bay window and a fireplace in the room.
