I Want Laminate flooring layed in one room which is 3 metres 40 by 3 metres 30 as the existing flooring has become loose and some of it has bowed after a good few years. I have all materials, flooring, beading & underlay and some cork expansion strips if needed and want a tradesman who is reliable and wont overprice the job.

Also i might want one wooden door fitted but im undecided on whether that needs to be done. Im painting the room before hand and will then remove all of the furniture so you can just get on with the job.

Both rooms have chimneys, front room has existing skirtings which are being retained, so new flooring will be hidden against the skirting by beading (work by others)
