We have recently bought a house in Walkley, Sheffield. The house is currently empty so no furniture-moving is required. We want to replace the floors of two rooms, which currently have wooden floors with carpet on top (carpet very easy to remove as we can do ourselves with no tools). The total space is between 25m2 to 30m2. The rooms are square shaped, nothing circular or unorthodox shaped that would be hard to fit. We were wondering if contractors here can give us a quote, please.

The area in question has 2 chimneys breasts and and an archway. (use to be 2 rooms)
Therre are 3 recesses created by the chimneys and the wall for the archway.

The length of the room is apprx 7.5 meters

Splitting the area up :
One side of the arch the room is aprx 4 meter wide
The other side of the arch the room is aprx 2.7meter wide.

I have a large living room (which used to be 2 separate rooms) that is currently carpeted. But due to having pets it isn't practical so I am wanting laminate flooring laid throughout. I will buy the flooring, i just need a quote for labour. The room size is 670cm x 310cm.

Its a bathroom floor 1.8 by 1.2, we have a piece of vinyl flooring 2 by 2. Wanting it fitting in a bathroom. Wanting it done week beginning 28th may.
