I am changing my bathroom and kitchen floors and would like to have porcelain tiles fitted instead. The measurements are approximately 1.86m x 1.32m in the bathroom and 3m by 2.1m (at widest point) in the kitchen.

Would you be able to buy these tiles from, for example, Topps Tiles, at trade prices and fit them, too?

How much do you charge? Is it per hour and/or sq. metre?

Job Description

Roughly 28sqms of 21X189 brushed and oiled flooring to be layed in Upper Arncott in a hallway and large living room. Flooring will be supplied along with underlay. I am guessing skirtings will have to come up so am open to advice on whether flush or beaded. So in theory price for labour as such. Many thanks
