Hi,
I am undertaking a whole house renovation and need someone to fit tile effect laminate flooring throughout the kitchen and utility room as well as the hall. The kitchen is approximatley 5m square and the Utility is around 3x2m. Both kitchen and utility have solid concrete floors which have been roughly screed by my current builders but I would presume need more work before any flooring can be laid. Also in the kitchen there is a section under the stairs of around 2x1m which is floorboards and these are a few inches higher than the rest of the floor bur I would like these to be flush. I presume they will need taking up and replacing with exterior ply?
The hall is floorboards and approximatly 3mx1m. I would like to install wood effect laminate in there.
Also I need carpet fitting throughout the house if you also offer this service?
My house is in Bury, Lancs, BL9. Can you let me know if you would be interested and an approximate cost for the full fitting. Do you also supply materials including the flooring? No worries if not, I can purchase this myself.

Hi, I need a vinyl flooring fitting in our kitchen. There's currently vinyl already down but it looks in a bit of state, not fussed if it needs removing or the new one just adding on top. I will provide the vinyl flooring but any tools and or adhesives will be need to be purchased. Some of the cuts are quite intricate as you'd expect in a kitchen (around cupboards etc). Room is only small at 6.45m2.
