Hi,

We wish to replace carpet with laminate flooring. The area is approx:
36 sq metres total (in l-shaped lounge/diner plus hallway).
Scotia total 29m.
Threshold total 4m.

Looking for an experienced fitter to:
Remove carpet and dispose.
Fit laminate and everything else that goes with it (underlay, scotia, thresholds etc)
Dispose of waste.
Provide a warranty of fitting work.

I'm assuming you can move around larger furniture as you work around the room (I would emply the side boards) but let me know if this is a problem.

I think plywood is not necessary for leveling the floor.

Looking for a rough idea of cost initially please (inc VAT if that applies), to help me shortlist. Later we can arrange a day to measure so that you can work out a quote.
