we have a old creaking chipboard floor in upstairs bedroom 8ft by 8ft that needs replacing, with the added complication of possible joists fault due to age. Part of the floor has been cut and taken up to try and diagnose the problem, which was the original flooring seemed to bounce and squeak badly. Flooring was fitted over what seen to be uneven joists. Also creaking stairs needs repair and new door supplied and fitted in bedroom walk in wardrobe. May also need new skirting in bedroom.
