The flooor area is around 20 m2.

I would laminate flooring fitting in 4 rooms in my house, Allestree, Derby. I intend to buy the flooring from the DIY shop, but want someone to fit it for me. I will also be getting underlay, but I can fit that myself if it will add significantly to cost of job. Approximate dimensions of the 4 rooms are:
Room 1 - 6.492x3.190m
Room 2 – 2.916 x 2.681 m
Room 3- 3.663 x 3.203 m
Room 4 2.555 x 1.253m
Ideally I would like it fitting next week, or early the week after at latest.

Part of a solid kitchen floor had to be replaced. The new floor is concrete screed and butts up to just below level of existing Karndeen on rest of floor. Original pattern is now discontinued. The new area is about 11.5 sq m. around kitchen cabinets. Work to include supply of tiles (current preference is either Michelangelo MLC08 atomic or Opus SP215 Ferra), preparation of floor and fit.

Hallway: 1.4m x 4.3m - concrete
Dining Room: 3.4m x 3.9m - concrete
Kitchen: 3m x 2.76m - concrete
Toilet: 1.7m x 1.5m - concrete

I have found prices online for Karndean tiles but please include the quotes with and without the Karndean materials.

For Lounge: Van Gogh Classic Oak
For the rest: Opus Terra
For the rest: Trim AF04

To do it right, all the skirting boards and architraves will need to be replaced as well. If the price is right, I would like to get the upstairs hallway done with Van Gogh Classic Oak as well but that is not a priority.

We want to replace the current flooring (which is a bodge diy job by some previous owner) with new laminate.

We want to either remove the skirting boards and putting them back in if possible, or replace them (to avoid having scotia strips in the room too).
