I have got a newly developed five bedroom house, I need to fit carpet in most of the areas and wooden floor for the kitchen and walkway. Secondly, I want put tiling in my bath and shower rooms, which is already half tiled. Thirdly, I need to put wall paper in all the rooms. Fourthly, utilities need to be fitted in the kitchen and radiators to be fitted in the bathrooms. I might also need to build a Conservatory, depends on the price.

Solid bamboo uniclic flooring (approx. 53 sq.m.) to be fitted in 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 cloakroom, hallway & landing.
Require assessment as to whether existing skirting board can be used, all accessories being ordered with flooring.
Only furnishing obstacle is double bed.
Property owner/occupier.
Deadline for completion is end of May '13 in time for delivery of furniture shipment.

Looking for a quote to fit 3 rooms (living room, dining room, hallway) that is a total of 38m2 on to solid wood floor. Laminate and edging supplied by us. Appropriate underlay type/thickness to be recommended/provided by installer.
