3. Install scotia along UPVC and fit door trim (provided).
4. Provide and install wood skirting around room (approx 20m of 4 inch wood skirting).

I need a local laminate floor fitter than can fit the floor this week.
I have already prepared the floor and laid the fiber board with the gaps etc
I have also already bought the laminate flooring I just don't have any tools to do it myself. I have been waiting for my husband to do it but he just doesn't have the time or the know how. I just want to get this floor finished now so I can get on with the rest of the room. I may need some beading for the edges as the skirting boards are newly painted and id rather not take them off.

Flooring is 3 layer enginered oak, T&G, 1220 x 145 x 13.5mm - to be fitted under door frames and skirting (skirting currently removed and will be refitted by client).

Work to be completed in the next 14-21 days.
