The fence post (and probably the whole fence) needs to be replaced making sure the door opens and closes properly.
The wood needs to be varnished (before fitting) to make sure it doesn't rot again.

I am reposting this job as the last month turned out to be incredibly busy.

I am still a little undecided at whether to have a brick or wooden fence (at the movement leaning more towards wooden picket fencing). The old fence has been removed although there are still a few bricks in the ground. Ideally I am looking height approx 95cm and width approx 4m. I would me grateful for a quote on both labour and materials from you (brick and wood)
