Demolish an existing wooden garage (no asbestos present) and dispose of the waste. Put up 6ft fence ajoining the next door neighbours garden including fitting double wooden gates leading from the driveway to the back garden. Ideally I would also like a garden room constructed from a pre-bought kit.

We are using the concrete base panels as a fence boundary, they are 1ft x 6ft long. we have 10 that need to be lifted into place, 4 of which my husband will need to cut to size with his angle grinder as one of the paneled areas is not quite 6ft. the panels are heavy and my husband wouldn't be able to lift them due to back problems.
